AIHM Student Clinic Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This is to allow the Institute staff time to contact other clients who are on a waiting list for an appointment.
If you do not contact us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, cancellation fees which is the full fee for the session that you have booked in for, will  be applied and future bookings may be cancelled unless they are apid in advance.
We hope you understand the situation and take the necessary steps to help us to offer the best services possible to all of our clients.
