BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management

Degree pathway:

Students who have completed the Diploma of Business at AIHFE may be eligible to apply to complete a Bachelor of Business and management degrees with higher education providers.

General entry requirements:

Students must meet required literacy and numeracy requirements. It is preferred that students have worked in a commercial environment or having some business experience.


All units of competence will be assessed using a selection of tools. Portfolios, essays, reports, role-plays, case studies, questioning, simulation activities may be used to gather evidence for the unit of competency.

The course is delivered over four terms on a full-time basis. Full-time students will enroll in 3 units each term. Students are given up to one year to complete the required assessments. Part-time option is also available.

Upon successful completion of all the units and administrative requirements, BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification will be awarded.

Delivery mode:

Blended delivery mode

The course is offered by online delivery and live online tutorials and supplementary weekly lectures. This mode enables students to join virtual classrooms in real time where they can interact with their teachers and fellow students, ask questions and contribute to class discussions from any location provided students have a computer and internet access. Please check the online requirement here. For that reason, the course is delivered on a set structure which will be made available to students before enrollment. All the lectures are recorded and archived so that you can go back and listen anytime!



  • Your qualification is nationally recognised (Australia wide) through the Australian Qualification Framework.
  • Monitored and regulated by Australian Skills Qualification Authority, the government regulator of the Vocational Education and Training Sector.
  • Upon completion of your Diploma, you may be eligible to apply for Bachelor of Business studies or Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Accounting offered by CSU with 48 credit points maximum.
