General entry requirements:
students must meet required literacy and numeracy requirements. It is preferred that the learners have worked in a commercial environment or having some business experience.
All units of competence will be assessed using a selection of tools. Portfolios, essays, reports, role-plays, case studies, questioning, simulation activities may be used to gather evidence for the unit of competency.
